Council application fees are separate and paid directly to your council. These are set nationally and vary by application type. We'll confirm the exact fee for your project before you submit. Your fixed price is confirmed in writing after your free call with our team.

    14-day cancellation rights

    You have 14 days from the date you instruct us to cancel. If you've asked us to start straight away, you'll only pay for the work we've done up to that point. Tell us, and we'll sort it out.

    Get 10% off your next one

    Instruct us on a second application within 60 days, and you'll get 10% off the package fee. Don't need it yourself? Pass it to a friend or family member instead. Spread the word.
